Last weekend we checked out the Lost Egypt exhibit at the Science Center. It was pretty interesting, not as good (or as long) as the da Vinci exhibit. We got to see "Annie", a real mummy, and take some pretty interesting photos. Cue the camel pics.
*Still* can't believe I convinced him to do this.
After the exhibit, we went to the High Life for lunch. B had never been and I wanted to introduce him. For those not from DSM, the High Life is a bar with awesome food, shag carpet, and beer from the 70s. It was even featured on Man Vs Food!
They still had the X-mas decorations up, but you get the idea.
Had to get one of their signature appetizers. the bacon wrapped tator tots. They are wrapped with jalapenos and bacon then topped with cheese. Totally low-fat.
