Birchbox Review: February 2012

March 7, 2012

I've finally jumped on the Birchbox bandwagon! For those who aren't familiar, Birchbox sends a monthly box to you filled with deluxe beauty samples based on your beauty profile. And it only costs $10/month! Mine usually arrives by the 10th of the month. It's always fun to get things in the mail, right? You can then check out the items and buy full size products on Birchbox's website if there's something you love. They also have a great rewards points program. Here's a peek at what I got in February.

Look at all the goodies!

These little strips have 8 hours of sticking power and can be used for bra straps, hems, or anything else that needs some extra help in your wardrobe. I think these would definitely come in handy with strapless dress season coming up.

{Viva La Juicy Perfume}
I LOVED this perfume. It's just floral enough without being overpowering, and the scent lasts all day without fading. This little sample spray was my favorite part of the box this month.

I haven't had a chance to try these yet, but I am intrigued.  These are adhesive liner strips with four different designs from classic to cat eye. There's a handy video tutorial on the link. These were also a great value to get in the Birchbox, just this pack alone at retail costs $13.

This was another favorite for me. Looking at the gloss it seems REALLY hot pink, but it's not. It applies as a really pretty bright pink without being neon. It's also not too sticky, and is long-lasting. Looks great alone or over another color.
